3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Premium Subscription

Billing and Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our premium subscriptions at any time; however, we will notify you in advance of any such changes before they take effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription.

5. Referrals

The referral program is offered as a courtesy and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Each paying user is limited to a maximum of 2 referrals with a refund of $1.00 associated with each. The user's premium subscription must be active in order for the referral program to be available to them. Upon cancellation of learnarith premium, the particular user's referral code will expire. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or suspend the referral program and any associated rewards at our sole discretion.

6. Bugs and Software Functionality

While we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality Service, you acknowledge that bugs, errors, and interruptions may occur from time to time (even in regard to payments and subscriptions, though we will try to reach a reasonable resolution in such cases). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by software bugs, limitations, or downtime. By using the Service, you accept these risks and agree that your use is at your own discretion and risk.
